Meet our founder

Rob Forsberg founded Cortex Health Advisors after leading data and analytics teams in large, complex health systems, including Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Mass General Brigham.

With experience partnering across finance, operations, clinical leadership, and executive teams, Rob helps healthcare organizations use analytics to identify opportunities, improve performance, and make more confident decisions. His work focuses on turning fragmented data into trusted insights, and ensuring alignment and strong governance of analytics capabilities in support of financial improvement, operational execution, access, quality, and affordability.

Rob holds an MBA from Boston University and brings a practical, health-system-tested perspective to every engagement.
